Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Rehearse Space. Effective date: August 11, 2026.

1. Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and any additional policies referenced on the site. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local, state, national, or international laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use Rehearse Space.

The materials contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Use license

Permission is granted to access and use Rehearse Space for your own lawful internal, personal, ministry, or organizational use, subject to these terms. This is the grant of a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license, you may not:

Modify, copy, or republish site materials except as expressly permitted by law or by the applicable rights holder; use the materials for commercial resale, sublicensing, or public redistribution; attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract source code from any software or service component except where applicable law prohibits such restrictions; remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or transfer materials to another person or mirror the materials on another server or service without permission.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Rehearse Space at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the site and destroy any downloaded or retained materials in your possession if your retention is no longer legally authorized.

3. Accounts and security

Some features of Rehearse Space require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach affecting the service.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rehearse Space. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live but at least 13 years old, you may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are legally able to enter into these Terms of Use and that you have not previously been suspended or prohibited from using the service.

5. User content and lawful use

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, create, store, share, rehearse, or distribute through the service, including song sheets, chord charts, lyrics, arrangements, audio, notes, documents, schedules, and other materials.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to use that content and to allow us to process, host, store, transmit, and display it as needed to operate the service.

This specifically includes MP3s, audio files, backing tracks, stems, recordings, and other sound recordings. If you upload, store, transmit, rehearse, or share audio content without the rights, permissions, or licenses required by law, you are solely responsible and liable for that content and for any resulting claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses.

You agree not to use Rehearse Space to violate copyright law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a manner that harms us, other users, or third parties.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

Use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or fraudulent activity; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful content; interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; scrape, harvest, or extract data through automated means except through features or interfaces we expressly authorize; send spam or unauthorized promotions; or use the service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform.

You also agree not to upload or share content you do not have the legal right to use and not to submit personal, financial, government-issued identification, medical, or other sensitive information unless the service clearly requires it and you are legally permitted to provide it.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription or paid add-on. By purchasing a paid offering, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

Subscription terms, billing intervals, included features, usage limits, and pricing may vary by plan. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. If a payment fails or your billing status becomes invalid, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until the issue is resolved.

We may change pricing, features, or plan structure from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively as permitted by law. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us, fees are non-refundable.

8. Third-party integrations and services

Rehearse Spacemay allow you to access, embed, connect to, or otherwise use third-party services, media, or integrations, including video platforms such as YouTube and any future third-party integrations we may make available. If you choose to use those features, you authorize us to exchange the information reasonably necessary to enable the requested functionality. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms, policies, and practices, and we are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, accuracy, or performance.

9. Disclaimer

The materials and services on Rehearse Spaceare provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rehearse Space and its operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Rehearse Space, All Punked Up, LLC, or their suppliers, licensors, contractors, affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any damages, including without limitation damages for loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, procurement of substitute services, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we or an authorized representative have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Revisions and errata

The materials appearing on Rehearse Space may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials on the site are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials or services at any time without notice, but we do not commit to updating them on any particular schedule.

12. Links

Rehearse Space may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have not necessarily reviewed all linked sites and are not responsible for their contents, availability, security, policies, or practices. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at your own risk.

13. Cancellation and termination

You may stop using Rehearse Space at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay amounts due, or if we otherwise decide to discontinue or modify access to all or part of the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately end. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to payments already due, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, termination, and miscellaneous provisions.

14. Modifications to terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice by updating this page. By continuing to use the site after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rehearse Space regarding your use of the service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to that use.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision. You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent, and we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
