Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rehearse Space collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website and related services. Effective date: August 11, 2026.
Our privacy principles
Your privacy is important to us. We aim to collect personal information only for identified purposes, use it in ways that are compatible with those purposes, retain it only as long as reasonably necessary, and protect it with reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
We seek to collect information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with your knowledge or consent. We also aim to keep personal information relevant, reasonably accurate, complete, and up to date for the purposes for which it is used.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as account details, contact information, content you create in the product, uploaded files, audio attachments, messages sent to support, billing-related details, and other information you choose to submit through the service. We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, referral data, usage activity, IP address, approximate location based on IP, and analytics data.
We may also receive information from third-party service providers or integrations when needed to operate features you use, such as authentication providers, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, email delivery platforms, or media services.
How we use information
Information may be used to operate and improve the service, including to:
- Provide access to the platform and its features
- Maintain account functionality, security, and reliability
- Process subscriptions, payments, and related support requests
- Understand product usage and improve performance or usability
- Communicate about updates, support, billing, or policy changes
- Protect the platform, investigate misuse, and enforce our policies
Advertising and analytics
We may use analytics tools, cookies, or advertising technologies to measure traffic, understand visitor behavior, and support advertising programs such as Google Ads. These tools may collect or infer information about interactions with the website.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser or device that help websites recognize returning visitors, remember preferences, and support core functionality. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, performance, security, and advertising-related measurement.
We may use both session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain for a longer period unless you delete them. Some cookies are essential to operate account access and core site functionality, while others help us measure usage, remember settings, or understand how visitors interact with the website.
Third parties we work with may also place cookies or use similar technologies in connection with analytics, embedded media, payments, or advertising programs. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, including by deleting or blocking them, but some site features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
Sharing of information
We may share information with service providers that help operate the platform, process payments, provide infrastructure, perform analytics, or support communications. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, security, or the integrity of the service.
We may also share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal obligations.
Third-party services and embedded media
Rehearse Space may include or rely on third-party services, integrations, and embedded media, including video platforms such as YouTube, payment providers, authentication services, and analytics tools. When you interact with those features, the third party may collect information directly from your browser, device, or interaction with the embedded content, subject to its own privacy policy and terms.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party services you choose to use in connection with Rehearse Space.
Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, how the service is used, contractual requirements, and legal or operational needs. We may also retain limited information for backup, fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes where permitted by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to help protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights related to access, correction, deletion, portability, objection to certain processing, or restriction of certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact support@rehearsespace.com.
You may also be able to update certain account information directly through the service, unsubscribe from certain communications, or control cookies through your browser or device settings.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting that may signal your preference regarding tracking. Because there is not yet a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, Rehearse Space does not currently respond differently to browser-based Do Not Track signals unless required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Rehearse Space is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization where required by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
International data transfers
Rehearse Space is operated from the United States, and information we collect may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.
By using the service or providing information to us, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your place of residence, subject to applicable legal safeguards where required.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after the updated policy becomes effective indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
